ALL SALES ARE FINAL !! We cannot accept returns on any of our products. While we want you to be happy with your purchase, if you are unsure of whether you will like a particular scent or not, we offer many smaller sized candles that you can use as a "sample."

To Place An Order:

Please use the convenient and secure shopping cart to place your order. To add an item to your order, click on the Add to Cart button. When you are finished shopping click on the "View Cart" button at the top of the page and proceed with the check out process. You will receive an email confirmation that your order was received. All credit card information is collected using a secure, and encrypted page.

Replacement/Damage Policy:

All damages to shipments must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately replace your damaged product and process claims with the appropriate shipping carrier. We currently only use the US Postal Service and UPS for all domestic shipments. UPS is our carrier for Canadian shipments. The appropriate insurance amount is automatically added to your shipping charges to cover any potential damages.

If you specifically request a carrier other than UPS or the USPS, we will NOT be liable for damages and WILL NOT file damage claims on your behalf.

Payments Accepted:

We accept money orders, credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), and PayPal. Sorry, no checks or COD's.

Shipping Info:

We have employed a shipping calculator, and you can choose your preferred method of shipping. Some items are handmade when ordered. Please allow an additional 7 to 10 days for processing time.

If you have special shipping requirements, or wish the order sent directly to a gift recipient, please enter the recipient's info into the "Ship To" portion of the cart.

If any item is out of stock or will be delayed, we will notify you via email right away.
